Our experience renting with Rise Property Agents was excellent from the moment we first made an enquiry. The level of communication was outstanding. Rise PA always kept us informed in advance of maintenance being carried out by the Body Corporate in the complex and a maintenance issue that arose in the rental itself was dealt with promptly by Rise who kept both us and the owners informed. Staff are efficient, friendly and easy to talk to and ensure the interests of both owners and tenants are met. I would rent through Rise again. Having been both a property owner and rental agent I would also be comfortable having them manage a property for me.

Sarah Allen the senior property manager has been like a family, she took all the time to listen and enquire all the worries of me and my partner, she made sure our family’s stay in our new home becomes a great experience, we are more than thankful for all her care and support while leasing blake street property to us. She dealt with us in the most generous and professional way so we don’t stress anymore about not getting the property, it was only her who made us feel relaxed since the process began. I would like to mention Brady Richardson the leasing consultant also, he helped us find the property in the first place, and he also helped us during our inspection and everything. The young fellow provided us with proper advices regarding application procedures and also how to maintain the property well. Thanks Sarah!!! 😁😇
