Mel is very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and phone calls, txt messages and emails were responded to quickly. I lovely surprise was the little gift pack when receiving my keys. We have found everyone at Century 21 Scarborough to be very friendly, professional and proactive. Starting with our leasing agent Mel showed us several properties until we found what we wanted. She was very friendly and helpful, and happily guided us through the application process even though we had a few little complications. The office staff were again friendly and helpful. The property management team (mainly Alana in our case) were very proactive in having little problems rectified and happily guided us with the paperwork and processes.

Renee at north Brisbane real estate gets things done.Renee knows the market and we are confident in her rental appraisals. We have had issues with contractors which Renee has sorted out for us. We have warranty issues and again Renee is onto our builders and will sort out for us. Renee is not a talker she is a doer and gets things done with as little hassle to us but keeps us up to date on all aspects of our properties.
