Mel Burton was incredible in assisting us to find a suitable property for us moving from interstate. We really appreciate her adaptability and kindness along the way. Will always recommend her as an agent in the area!

Communicates immediately to emails, has a wide market knowledge, provides solutions to problems and follows through on all requests

Nat was a very great person to deal with. The whole processs was very smooth and flexible with changes as required. Very happy overall.

I had a really positive experience working with my real estate agent. From the beginning, communication was clear and consistent, and they made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. They were always responsive to any questions I had and handled everything in a professional and efficient way. What stood out most was their willingness to help and keep me informed at every step. It made a big difference knowing I could rely on them throughout the process. Overall, I’m very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend them to others looking for a smooth and supportive experience.

Mel is very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and phone calls, txt messages and emails were responded to quickly. I lovely surprise was the little gift pack when receiving my keys. That's a super lovely and thoughtful touch as "renters" are important too not just "buyers". Awesome experience would definately recommend Century 21 Maddies Hermans !!

We have found everyone at Century 21 Scarborough to be very friendly, professional and proactive. Starting with our leasing agent Mel showed us several properties until we found what we wanted. She was very friendly and helpful, and happily guided us through the application process even though we had a few little complications. The office staff were again friendly and helpful. The property management team (mainly Alana in our case) were very proactive in having little problems rectified and happily guided us with the paperwork and processes.

My experience with Raewyn has been amazing, she’s made the entire process really simple and it’s all been smooth sailing!
