Overview of Margate, QLD, 4019

Always helpful and polite when I had to ring .

I am so grateful to have Samantha Victor as my agent for 1 Sorrento Street, Margate. She has been absolutely amazing in finding great tenants for my property. Throughout the whole process, she kept me updated regularly, was always available for inspections and support, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Samantha is professional, reliable, proactive, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for her clients. I feel very lucky to have her managing this process and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent property agent.

Melissa from Century 21 at Scarborough, was the kindest and the most professional property manager I dealt with during my recent journey, to find a new place to live for me and my companion cat ‘Nellie’. It took me three weeks to find my current new home and I met 10 different property managers and inspected 12 properties. from Ipswich to Redcliffe Peninsular during that time. I had a limited budget of $500 per week and this made it extremely hard to find a decent place to live. Melissa was the last agent that I met. She showed me two places that suited me. I stayed behind at the last house inspection, to speak to her personally about my situation. She listened carefully to my story, and understood my stress and the need to find a suitable property soon, as my current unit was going to be demolished shortly. Melissa said to me ‘Stop looking Rose, as I will find you the right place that you can afford’. I trusted and believed her. Two days later she rang me to say, that she had found me a great unit. I met her the next day there and it was indeed perfect for me, at $495.00 per week. She rang and spoke to the landlord explaining my situation, along with her recommendation, that I would be an excellent tenant. She rang me the next day saying my application was approved. I was so happy that I cried with relief. Two weeks later I am in my new home with my cat ‘Nellie’ who is slowly settling in to her new home as well. I was living in North Brisbane and now I am living in Redcliffe Peninsular area. It is a new start, to make new friends and begin a new life. Melissa did not see me as another pensioner, she took the time to see my maturity and my previous solid rental reference and my years as a business person, as an asset for her Landlord. I am very happy here and looking forward to a bright future, thanks to Melissa’s professionalism, as a property manager. Thank you so much Melissa, for ‘Nellie’ and my new home.

I received the most amazing service, from excellent communication, prompt acknowledgement that I had been approved the property and the fabulous goodies bag with an amazing range of items to assist with setting up is a gorgeous touch.

Amanda and team are true professionals and a pleasure to do business with. Amanda's communication and proactive approach to property management is truly second to none and is a refreshing change from our previous property management experience. I would highly recommend Amanda and the team at RE/MAX River City without hesitation.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience working with Oliver. From the very beginning, he communicated clearly and kept us informed every step of the way. He set realistic expectations around the process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Oliver’s advice to adjust the rental price was spot on, and it ultimately helped us secure a great tenant. We really appreciated his professionalism, market knowledge, and proactive approach throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Oliver and his team to anyone looking for reliable and effective property manager.

We have just purchased our first investment property and Shanae from Image Property has made this part of the process so seamless. She was able to speak with the selling agent and sellers to allowing open homes prior to settlement and the property was leased after the first inspection and tenants due to move in shortly after settlement. She was able to guide us on what needed to be done compliance wise, booked in all the trades and facilitated access for us. Shanae has made this process that was initially so daunting such so seamless and we can’t thank her and her team enough!

Kirsty is hands-down the most dedicated agent I have ever worked with. Her work ethic is incredible—she is always responsive and proactive. She has a unique talent for solving challenging tenant situations and has a deep expertise that you won't find elsewhere. She protects my property and my interests with fierce dedication. Five stars isn't enough!
