Our property manager Art Bacanto is an excellent person with deep understanding about real estate and a market situation. He is a very good problem solver with right decision. Helping both parties to get their best possible results with win - win situations. He is responsible, reliable and capable of handling situations well. He takes good care of his property given by providers. He is a very good negotiator with his clients. Undoubtedly a lovely & friendly person with great understanding of human nature. He doesn’t lose his temper or anything like that in adverse circumstances. One the best managers I have seen in my life. Clear communication, I believe that Uaina definitely used her negotiating skills to help us secure this property as we already had another property secured she came through just in time and she communicated with is every step of the way. I would also say that she is very committed as communication and instructions we communicated pass her office hours. Very friendly and responded to all requests in timely manner, even the agent that was there for the first inspection was very warm and interactive with the applicants Cranbourne Raywhite's management should be very proud of their team.

The team assigned were friendly, approachable and excellent in communicating throughout the process of renting. I could call them for advice on all related matters and they were prompt to advice.

Kevin managed the initial stages of the rental campaign professionally, including the handover, communication with the builder regarding completion and documents, and coordination with the landscaper. Uaina handled the online ads and inspections with great efficiency and responsiveness, helping secure a tenant for my brand‑new 4‑bed property in a relatively short time. Overall, I appreciate their support and professionalism. The only drawback was that the final rental rate ended up closer to that of a typical 3‑bed home, which I accepted based on their suggestion to ensure a faster lease.
