Overview of Coalcliff, NSW, 2508

I've worked with Charlie and her team since she first started her property management business in 2012 and previously at another agency, and I couldn't imagine trusting my investment properties with anyone else. Over more than a decade, I've consistently received outstanding advice, proactive communication, and genuine care for both my properties and long-term investment goals. The team takes a strategic approach to property management, focusing not only on finding quality tenants but also on maximising rental returns and protecting the condition of each property. What sets Charlie apart is her knowledge of the Illawarra rental market, attention to detail, and ability to provide honest advice that helps investors make smart decisions. Whether it's rent reviews, maintenance planning, lease renewals, or navigating market changes, I have complete confidence that my portfolio is in the best hands. The results speak for themselves. Strong rental growth, quality tenants, low vacancy periods, and a level of service that is difficult to find in today's market. If you're looking for a professional property management team in Wollongong or anywhere across the Illawarra, I highly recommend Charlie and the team at McGrath Illawarra. Their experience, communication, and commitment to their landlords are second to none.

I bought this property in 2014 and then tried to find someone to manage the property after several real estate agents managing the property. We decided to bite the bullet and pay that little bit extra and received the service that we were expecting from other Real Estate agents. The staff will help you and if they are unable to the manager has actually go above and beyond to make sure it gets done. Stephen Boreham.

Having worked with this property management team long term, I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Their communication is outstanding, and they are always proactive in keeping me updated. Maintenance matters are handled quickly and professionally, with clear communication throughout the process. The trades they use are reliable, professional, and deliver quality work. It's reassuring to know my investment property is in such capable hands. Highly recommended.
