Well-informed on property details, and was helpful in giving advice that would improve my chance of a successful application. Responsive in regards to finalising a lease, with little stress on my end
Benjamin looked after my inspection and application process and can’t thank you enough for his prompt response. He always responded quickly and never ignored. Especially after having so much bad experience with other real agents, I found Harris Tripp Summer hill has next level of service. I hope they’ll keep up their fantastic service!
They were very quick to remedy a missing key issue
Marco from Raine & Horne is a true professional in every sense. Throughout the rental process, he was approachable, knowledgeable, and exceptionally accommodating. He took the time to understand our needs and ensured every detail was handled smoothly. Marco’s diligence and clear communication made securing a house rental stress-free and efficient. His commitment to excellent service and prompt follow-ups gave us complete confidence. I highly recommend Marco to anyone seeking a reliable and dedicated real estate agent.
LJ Hooker Ashfield, particularly Alexandra, were great to work with when finding our new rental property. Quick to respond to questions and set up and inspection, and supportive through the application process, Alexandra is also responsive and kind as an agent now that we’ve moved in. We’re really happy with the service we’ve received.
Ashfield branch has been great to deal with. Quick responses to all questions. Everything explained in plain English. Lovely staff.
