Within only a few days of making our first inquiry, excellent photos had been taken, our apartment was listed, an inspection was held and a great tenant (and a great price!) was secured. The team arranged for the necessary repairs and cleaning ready for our tenant to move in with zero fuss, and the whole experience could not have been more seamless. The team goes above and beyond - we accidentally left a cupboard full of belongings in the apartment when we vacated(!) and Dana packed it all into her car for us to pick up so that our tenant could move in the next day. As first-time landlords, we feel totally confident that our apartment is in professional hands. Grant's knowledge of the market is unparalleled and his personal service is invaluable.
