Sharnah did an excellent job renting out our home. We found her knowledge of the local market thorough and she was able to lease out our property very quickly to great tenants. She assisted us through the entire process and made it very easy giving us all relevant updates. We really appreciate her commitnent to taking care of this investment for us. Highly reccomended!

Smooth transactions. Excellent agents.

I’ve been renting with century 21 for the last four years, Evgenia has been my agent which has been fantastic! She’s reliable and quick to sort out any issues I’ve had and also helped with the process of finding a new rental for me which I couldn’t thank her enough for

Jenny (Evgenia) and Stavros from Century 21 Blacktown have been managing my Investment Property (House and Granny Flat) at Doonside for over 5 years. The Tenant at the Granny Flat recently gave notice to vacate. Jenny recommended a higher rental amount for the next Tenancy based on her Market Report. The Granny Flat was quickly advertised on realestate.com.au, domain and Century 21, and an Open Home was conducted on the following Saturday. All of this was done before the Tenant vacated. I inspected the Granny Flat after the Tenant vacated and found Paint Damage to 3 Walls. I informed the Team at Century 21 Blacktown and requested Repairs from the Tenant's Bond. The Team quickly organised Repairs by their trusted Painter. From the Open Home, I received some Rental Applications to consider. But, Jenny was able to recommend an Ideal Tenant that I readily accepted. The Granny Flat was leased to this new Tenant at a higher Rent in less than a week. I highly recommend Century 21 Blacktown for Property Management.

The agents were always responsive and helpful when I faced issues.

Century 21 agent is managing our property for many years and we always been been very happy. We receive the statements and payments on due dates and never late. The tenants report with them very clearly but most importantly the agent contact us and asks our permission if they need to do any maintenance etc.

The team is always available, responded promptly to every question, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress free.

Market strategy They market the property quickly and find new tenants.
