Responsibility and good communication makes it stand out.

Henry is responsive, get things done quick.

Jessie is extremely fast and efficient getting our rental property leased out within one weekend's time. Very responsive to our needs and questions.

Rocco has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process of getting our property ready for rent. He's taken the time to understand our needs and objectives, and has gone above and beyond to make the process as straightforward as possible. His communication has been excellent, he's always approachable and easy to deal with, and it's clear he genuinely cares about the properties he looks after. We've really appreciated his support and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Rocco was very transparent with from the beginning on his thoughts of how we should approach this and what to expect. Kept me updated and gave me his insights along the way. Was also willing to attend the property on my behalf when I needed people to come in to do works/install something.

Greg really kept me in the loop regarding the status of every instruction and prospective tenants, as well as excellent advice around repairs required.
