We recently purchased 2 x townhouses in the Velare development at Elermore Vale and entrusted the managment with Cody Bice from Creer Property. I dont believe the ink had dried on the tenancy agreements and Cody had already qualified 2 x prospective tenants that would suit this quality accomodation/development and both of these tenants bsically proceeded immedaitaely to sign long term leases, no fuss and the townhouses were on the market less than a week.
