Overview of Elermore Vale, NSW, 2287

Very happy with how quick they were to respond and get the help we needed around the house, very good and happy with overall professionalism

The experience of moving for the first time in 11 years went smoothly.

From the day we found out we got our rental, everything went smoothly from picking up our keys making the transition move in to our new beautiful home very easy.

Friendly, approachable team that are always happy to help

very professional and humble with their work.

The team was very responsive and quick to reply to emails, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The property itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Whenever there were any maintenance issues, they handled them properly and promptly, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would recommend them.

As a completely novice and inexperienced property owner, Robinson Property took care of everything. Having an investment property was a completely new experience for me, with a lot of moving parts and different things to be considered. Robinson Property's ongoing professionalism has helped reassure me that the management of my property is in the best possible hands. This has taken a lot of potential confusion and anxiety out of what could have been an otherwise bumpy journey. They even managed to find a new tenant just before Christmas, which is surely a feat in itself. Robinson Property have always provided excellent, sound advice and are always available and helpful. Every time I ring the office I'm able to speak to a human, and phone calls and emails are always answered promptly. Robinson Property know what they're doing and I would recommend them to anyone.

Erica was excellent and made the whole process very smooth. I inspected the property at 5 pm and accepted the property around 10 the next morning.

I was originally self-managing my rental property through RentBetter, which worked well for over 3.5 years. However, once I decided not to renew the lease so I could carry out works on the property—and after neighbours began raising complaints, the situation quickly deteriorated. Unfortunately, the tenants became extremely difficult, and the experience turned into a complete nightmare. I contacted several real estate agencies to see if they could assist with the eviction process and take over communications with the tenants, but most were unwilling to get involved due to the complexity of the situation. I was then recommended Arnolds Property by a friend, who had previously received help from them with a rental valuation at no cost. I reached out to Michael at Arnolds Property, and from the very first conversation he was more than willing to help. For 2–3 months, Michael supported me through the entire NCAT and eviction process, taking over communications and managing the tenants, even as their aggression and complaints were redirected toward the agency. Remarkably, all of this support was provided with no charge. Steve, the owner, was also present on eviction day and provided calm, clear explanations on how to handle the situation. Both Michael and Steve went above and beyond any expectations I could have had of an agent, and their professionalism, patience, and genuine support helped me get through an incredibly stressful time. Subsequently, Arnolds Property are now the managing agents for my rental property, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any landlord needing knowledgeable, supportive, and trustworthy representation!
