Prue was incredibly helpful, she was attentive to what property I was looking for and made excellent recommendations, saved me time on pointless inspections with accurate descriptions of certain properties. And then she was able to work quickly with the owner to get me approved

Across the entire organisation, a Harrison representative provides a professional, realistic, warm and genuine full and complete service. Their systems and exceptional responsiveness put you in the know, keeping you up to date and in control of your property and feeling like a respected business partner, not just another number. Recommending Harrison Agents is my pleasure, as I know you'll get the exemplary advice and customer service you've been looking for and know you deserve.

We really appreciate Melissa and Mikayla for providing such a fantastic rental experience. Their fast responses and excellent communication made the entire process smooth and stress free. Everything went so well from start to finish!

I’ve had a really positive experience with my rental agent. Communication has always been prompt, clear, and professional, which makes a huge difference when renting. They’ve been approachable, organised, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed support.

I’ve had an incredibly smooth experience with Downtown Property during my move to Tasmania. Moving internationally can be stressful, but they made the whole process so easy from start to finish. I had some initial concerns about traffic noise, and the team was incredibly helpful in addressing all of my questions and putting my mind at ease. Getting into my new place was also a remarkably smooth process, which made a huge difference during an already busy move. They had done a great job inspecting the place and documenting the interior of the apartment prior to my move in. The apartment itself is great, and I’m very happy with the location and the view out my window is fabulous. Most of all, the staff have been wonderful—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. I already feel like I know them, which is such a nice feeling when you’re new to a place. I’m really grateful to Downtown Property for making my transition to Tasmania so easy. Highly recommend them!

Got my application reviewed and verified in 2 days which helped me making timely decisions.

The property team / Emily was fantastic to deal with. The whole rental process was quick, efficient, and completely hassle-free. Friendly, approachable, and highly professional, making everything easy from start to finish.

As interstate owners, we were completely dependent on Alex and the team to manage our Hobart apartment rental and they were fantastic. Communication was great. We always knew what was happening, with regular updates keeping us in the loop from the mainland without having to chase anyone down. Their local market knowledge was a real asset too. They gave us honest, grounded advice on Hobart conditions which helped us stay realistic throughout. They went all-in with advertising and numerious viewings and even though it took a bit longer than we hoped to find the right tenant, they never let up. The result? A great long-term tenant and real confidence in handing over ongoing management to Alex and the team. Highly recommend, especially if you're managing a property from interstate.

Ainsley is very professional and readily available to assist with our queries. The reception is always courteous and happy to help out.

The Petrusma team does an excellent job and takes great care of my rental properties. From finding new tenants, conducting inspections and quickly dealing with any repair issues they are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Team were very responsive & helpful. Understood my requirements quickly.

My wife and I moved into a place recently after migrating to Australia and it was very difficult because we still didn't have a lot of the documents you would generally be asked for by agents and owners, but Sophie and Lucy at Harcourts were super helpful in finding us our new home and specially helping us traverse the difficulties of setting stuff up for the place. Highly recommend them and Harcourts for your real estate needs!
