Overview of Kirrawee, NSW, 2232

From my first contact with Peter Cox from Highland, the experience has been outstanding. After purchasing my property, Peter promptly put me in touch with the rental team being Brad & Kayla who contacted me within a very reasonable timeframe and answered all of the questions I had. Their communication style has been clear, professional and responsive throughout the entire process. I was kept informed at each stage, which gave me confidence that my property was being managed effectively. The team's market knowledge was evident from the outset. My single-bedroom property attracted two applications after the very first inspection, with one applicant proceeding to sign the lease. This demonstrated that the property had been marketed appropriately and priced well for the current rental market. The negotiation process was handled efficiently, resulting in a quality tenant being secured without unnecessary delays. Overall, the professionalism shown by both Peter and Highland's rental team has been excellent. Their responsiveness, knowledge and commitment to achieving a positive outcome made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. I would be happy to recommend Highland to anyone looking to buy, sell or lease their property.

Provided small discounts to me being an existing client of Highland when having this property leased.

Was keep fully informed on the progress throughout the process of a tenant exiting the leased premise to a new tenant being signed up. Correspondence and feedback on all the viewings and interested parties was always extremely prompt as were all the reference checks and any follow up maters. Excellent service throughout the entire process both this time and also on all such previous occasions.

Very responsive, friendly and full of information. A great team who are there to help you.

The property management team did an amazing job in securing tenants for my property. Advertised Monday, open Saturday and multiple applications received with a tenant secured by Monday afternoon. Could not be happier thank you!

Emilio is very helpful and super friendly. Easy to deal with

Everything was done in quick time with good communication & no issues whatsoever

Good communication & market knowledge and respond time returning phone or emails, only issue using rental income to pay invoices. Requested your team to email any repairs directly to me to pay.

Brad is amazing and his team communicated the whole way through the process of finding a new tenant and I was able to reply on them for assistance and guidance. Even though I reside outside of Sydney they made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Highly recommend
