Was keep fully informed on the progress throughout the process of a tenant exiting the leased premise to a new tenant being signed up. Correspondence and feedback on all the viewings and interested parties was always extremely prompt as were all the reference checks and any follow up maters. Excellent service throughout the entire process both this time and also on all such previous occasions.

Good communication & market knowledge and respond time returning phone or emails, only issue using rental income to pay invoices. Requested your team to email any repairs directly to me to pay.
Brad is amazing and his team communicated the whole way through the process of finding a new tenant and I was able to reply on them for assistance and guidance. Even though I reside outside of Sydney they made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Highly recommend

Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in!
