Overview of Mayfield, NSW, 2304

I had a very bad experience with a tenant who ended up abandoning the property with rental arrears, property damage, and rubbish strewn all over the place. Green Street have gone above and beyond to help resolve what has been a nightmare situation. Monique and Jody have organised rubbish removal, cleaning, repairs, maintenance and more - everything required to get the place in a fit state to rent as soon as possible, all while liaising with strata, which at times can be very frustrating and tedious. They have also helped me with my insurance claim to claw back as much money as I can. Their efforts to help sort all of this out have been exceptional.

Warm and welcoming team, going above and beyond to help us out. Excellent communication and streamlined services. I would recommend green street property to anyone :)

Another tenant changeover without any fuss, seamless, reliable, everyone happy.

The team at Dowling Medowie are amazing to deal with. Natalie is very communicative every step of the way when leasing the property. Very happy with the whole process and team.

Arnold Property has been an excellent real estate agency, they respond quickly, clearly and concisely. Every time I have called or emailed I am met with friendliness, warmth and professionalism from their agents. As a young person with less experience they are considerate and explain processes when needed, every process goes smoothly and without issue. I feel as though they put time and effort into their tenants and could not recommend them more.

Very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was clear and quick, and they made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their honesty and support. Highly recommend

Full revieew I had a very positive experience. They were professional, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. They answered my questions quickly and made everything easy to understand. I really appreciate their support and would highly recommend them to others.

Arnold Property have been very responsive and helpful to date, even taking on some less that typical responsibilities with the property. One piece of feedback was that they could have pushed harder to lease property in the first instance Otherwise, the team have been helpful, responsive and efficient with organising repairs etc.
