Nisha recently became our property manager. As a young couple in university trying to find a rental we struggled, but after meeting Nisha she helped us in finding a place to call home. When we entered the property she had left us a welcome gift which was much appreciated, and has gone above and beyond to help us in setting up our new home. She has organised cleaners and trades to service the unit to ensure that it was up to standard. I have and will continue to recommend her to people for their property management needs. A wonderful property manager who you can tell truely loves what she does.

Nisha comes across as knowledgable and is on top of things. She is a good communicator and knows what needs to be done without being told. She will provide her recommendations however not pushy.
