She did a great job in vetting the rental applications - that I really appreciate. Her rental numbers were spot on, I was bit pessimistic about an unfurnished 1 bed apartment delivering value, but everything was smooth and the apartment was leased within couple of weeks.

Dylan and Eva handled the marketing and the apartment was leased in a week. They are pleasant to deal with and have in-depth knowledge of the market. Can’t recommend them more highly.
