Rachel is a diamond in the rough of property managers on the Gold Coast. I currently had a nightmare agent I was dealing with and I got in touch with Rachel after posting an ad for a new property manager. I knew Rachel was the manager I needed the second I met her. She set things straight and exposed my previous agents lies and she took over the listing for us. She had to deal with abuse from the prior agent and tenants but she remained professional and stoic, getting things done with our best interest always at heart.
