Communication was A1 no passing the buck. Knowledge is more than enough. As I say property managers are like a monopoly board...land on the wrong square and you reduce your investment. Sarah Allen the senior property manager has been like a family, she took all the time to listen and enquire all the worries of me and my partner, she made sure our family’s stay in our new home becomes a great experience, we are more than thankful for all her care and support while leasing blake street property to us. She dealt with us in the most generous and professional way so we don’t stress anymore about not getting the property, it was only her who made us feel relaxed since the process began. I would like to mention Brady Richardson the leasing consultant also, he helped us find the property in the first place, and he also helped us during our inspection and everything. Rachel is a diamond in the rough of property managers on the Gold Coast. I currently had a nightmare agent I was dealing with and I got in touch with Rachel after posting an ad for a new property manager. I knew Rachel was the manager I needed the second I met her. She set things straight and exposed my previous agents lies and she took over the listing for us. She had to deal with abuse from the prior agent and tenants but she remained professional and stoic, getting things done with our best interest always at heart. She is personable, knows her stuff back to front and possesses a great work ethic, and her passion for the job is very evident. An absolutely fantastic property manager. She responds quickly, organises repairs straight away, and is always friendly and helpful. She never makes you feel like your questions are a bother and is always happy to assist. It makes renting so much easier when you have someone this supportive.

Tenant selection was critical for us as this was our home that we lovingly renovated and wanted to find great long term tenants who would enjoy our house as their home. Multiple inspections, several applications and we could have leased in the first week but Kellie knew that we wanted the right people. Found them!
