Overview of Regents Park, QLD, 4118

I was making a long distance move from bundaberg to Brisbane. Anna and Lilly are amazing at communicating and they quickly helped me find a home for my family. Thank you so much for the smooth transition in a stressful time for me.

The browns plain real estate team is efficient, communicative and trustworthy. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring that we were able to find a suitable tenant and make sure the place was in good condition and leasable. Thank you to Marleen / Anna and the rest of the team for taking care of this!

It has been a pleasure having Browns Plains Real Estate manage our rental home. Marleen and Anna have taken care of us very well; they have been punctual, highly organised and thoughtful of us as tenants. Initial property viewing, application process was well-organised and straightforward. Upon starting the lease, we received a very useful welcome bag and a folder with all the important paperwork. The house keys also came labeled and on a nice keychain (all these details are really helpful when moving in). Furthermore, the team responds quickly to emails and promptly handles maintenance requests. Their communication style is clear and direct, whether by phone or email. They are highly professional and have demonstrated a high level of reliability, integrity, and courtesy. Many thanks to the Property Management Team at Browns Plains Real Estate.

Best service copprative staff members

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Q Realty for the outstanding way they've managed our investment properties over the years. We've worked with several property managers in the past, but without a doubt, Q Realty is the best we've experienced. A special shout-out to Gemma, Liam, Aileen, Tegan, and the entire team—you're all amazing!

Loui has always been such an amazing person to deal with — professional, kind, and always very quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Now Maddison has taken over the property, and she has continued the same outstanding service. The Ray White Daisy Hill team is truly amazing — friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. Their communication is excellent, responses are always quick, and they make everything so easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find such a caring and supportive property management team. Highly recommend Ray White Daisy Hill for their exceptional customer service and professionalism.
