Stefanie had been our property manager since around April and she’s been fantastic. She has taken a huge weight off our shoulders and helped us deal with issues we wouldn’t know how to navigate ourselves. So many horror stories are told about rental property damage or bad tenants that ruin your investment dreams. My wife and I feel that we are so lucky to have found Image Property and have them manage both of our investment properties. Super quick to respond to queries, whether by email or phone, and always thorough and prompt in following up and resolving issues. Alannah is friendly and professional and very easy to talk to.
