We had our Botany apartment managed by The Blacket Agency, with Jacqueline as our property manager. As our first time as landlords, her management and knowledge made it a very seamless and positive experience. Jacqueline was professional, extremely efficient and responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the management of our property. Communication was clear and timely, and we always felt informed about what was happening with our apartment. She handled any queries from the tenant that arose efficiently and with minimal stress or bother on our end, which made a big difference as landlords. She went out of her way to make things easy with inspections and she always had our time prioritised. The leasing and ongoing management process was smooth, and it was reassuring to know our property was being looked after with care. Jacqueline demonstrated strong attention to detail and a good understanding of both tenant and owner needs. I have been fortunate enough to have Jacqui both sell and rent numerous properties of mine. She is the upmost professional (with a side of humour). She is honest and upfront about sale and rental prices so you know what you can realistically get whilst feeling like you’ve got a great outcome. I have been working with James Hayashi and Biance Lamey for a year. They are both extremely professional, very responsive, and totally on top of everything to assist with the management of my property. I worked with James shortly after purchasing an investment property in Randwick and he handled everything very well. He made a few recommendations to lease the unit, organised cleaners, managed minor renovations needed, and hosted multiple open house sessions to lease the unit as fast as possible.
