His communication was always clear, prompt ,professional and he was consistently kind and approachable. Any issues ,questions or requests were sorted out as quickly as possible and he was extremely helpful in every way during our tenancy. We really appreciated his support and the positive experience he provided while managing the property.

I found the Property Manager, Ivan very helpful and overall I would rate highly. Unfortunately my not so great experience came for their unorganised administration side when dealing with office staff.

Rachel was very easy to deal with helping make our leasing process smooth and easy. The application was processed promptly and Rachel followed up on our questions to verify her answers. Rachel gave off a friendly and honest vibe and we didnt feel details were being hidden from us.

Rachel was so warm and inviting during the initial inspection. She had great knowledge of the place and was able to answer all our questions. Rachel started processing our application almost immediately and was communicative throughout the whole process
