The One Percent Property Management Team have provided excellent open and transparent communication with myself. Good market knowledge, professionalism and honest open feedback is what I value most in their management style.

From the application time up until now, the process has been relatively easy. The team at One Percent is very responsive at answering questions and queries but also to act as a property manager. They organised in a timely manner all the contractors who needed to perform maintenance tasks at the property before finding tenant relatively quickly.

We have been extremely happy with the service provided by our property manager Kristen. Communication has always been prompt, professional and transparent. She has managed our investment property with great care, handling maintenance requests efficiently, finding quality tenants, and ensuring inspections and routine management are completed to a high standard. Amanda was there, onsite, at the premises, when I showed up for the inspection. She didn’t leave it to a junior but was interested in the property and prospective tenants from the first day. With her encouragement, I got my application in early and she followed up with the owner when I was considering other places. She left me a message as soon as it was approved, which was exactly the reassurance I needed. The inspection report was a breeze and she followed up with my few questions without a drama. Thrilled to be here and in this place. No hesitation recommending them as a tenant, or an owner.

My property manager from Raine and Horne (Chloe) just makes everything so easy only has she found local qualified trades to sort issues at my property she goes the extra mile but getting the best price. Chantel has been amazing, as an owner who doesn’t live near the property, I needed help with coordinating repairs after a tenant issue. While the property was vacant Chantell helped me organise painting, repairs and a bathroom renovation, all over the phone. Great service and prompt communication every time.
