Tenant selection was critical for us as this was our home that we lovingly renovated and wanted to find great long term tenants who would enjoy our house as their home. Multiple inspections, several applications and we could have leased in the first week but Kellie knew that we wanted the right people. Found them! When I first walked in the door , I was greeted and approached by a team member. She was interested and helpful, unlike the previous agency I'd attended. Right from the start Michaels has been great to deal with. Very helpful staff who explain everything you need to know about your rental agreement and what your responsibilities are. I had some plumbing issues and they sent a plumber straight out to fix it. I cannot fault them. Great service, great staff and great value
