We’ve had a really positive experience with ARG Property Management throughout our tenancy. Communication has always been professional, clear and prompt, and any questions or concerns we’ve had have been handled efficiently. Our property manager, Sarah, has been particularly helpful and approachable. She has always been easy to communicate with and kept us informed throughout the process, including during our recent move-out. We really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled and the clear communication around inspections and the vacate process.

Responsive at the beginning, but didn’t understand how the building was set up and needed to reissue lease to resolve. Had to chase a key to access mailbox as wasn’t provided. Office is almost a 1 hour drive from apartment, and unable to deliver key to tenant (would be very difficult if tenant didn’t own a car). Have always been customer focussed, but I question either their attention to detail or knowledge of their portfolio under management.

Very professional, their communication was excellent. They kept me informed right throughout the process with every application and where they were at, very happy with the outcome.
