I now have Sally, who is the first agent (after many disappointments) to take a genuine interest in the welfare of my property and who is promptly responsive to both tenant and landlord queries.

We mostly communicated with Belinda at Harcourts when renting our new flat. From the beginning Belinda was warm and friendly, responding to questions well and giving helpful information (given we were new to Australia!). She was able to organise solutions to early teething issues with the property quickly and efficiently, and kept us informed about progress. Would recommend Belinda and Harcourts.
