Sarah has been very helpful and responsive throughout my experience. She communicates clearly, follows up quickly and is always willing to help when an issue comes up. I recently had an issue with the exhaust fans in my apartment, and she handled it promptly and professionally. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend her.

I’ve had an excellent experience with ARG Property Management, particularly with my property manager, Sarah Creeley. Sarah is extremely proactive, professional and always communicates clearly and promptly. Her experience and strong understanding of property management requirements and relevant legislation give me genuine peace of mind and confidence that my investment property is being managed properly. It’s reassuring to know that Sarah is always on top of things and looking after both the property and my interests as an owner. I would highly recommend Sarah and the team at ARG Property Management to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and proactive property management team.

We’ve had a really positive experience with ARG Property Management throughout our tenancy. Communication has always been professional, clear and prompt, and any questions or concerns we’ve had have been handled efficiently. Our property manager, Sarah, has been particularly helpful and approachable. She has always been easy to communicate with and kept us informed throughout the process, including during our recent move-out. We really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled and the clear communication around inspections and the vacate process.

Nicole from Equity Property was prompt, professional, and truly made the process effortless. The clear communication and genuine care set Nicole apart. Highly recommend!

Nicole and Jess are efficient, helpful, and truly cared about finding us the right place. The whole process was easy and enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly agent.

Nicole and Jess have been absolutely a pleasure to work with, confirming our decision to have them manage our properties was the right decision. We are interstate but they have made the process seamless and have gone above and beyond by doing the home handovers on our behalf and organising trades to have our new builds completed, to enable them to be tenanted out ASAP. They have a broad network and database which allowed them to achieve a quick turnaround in securing a quality tenant for us - this is critical for investors. Would highly recommend Equity Property Management to anyone.
