Overview of Waurn Ponds, VIC, 3216

Purchasing our recent investment property in Waurn Ponds was a very smooth and stress-free experience, and a big thank you to Tony from Gartland for making the whole process so easy. Tony was extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient and hardworking throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, and he was always quick to respond, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. I don’t normally leave reviews, but we really wanted to take the time to show our appreciation for Tony’s outstanding service. We now have complete confidence in him and will definitely be giving Tony all of our family’s property business in the future. I trust Tony 110% and can confidently say that he will not disappoint. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional and trustworthy real estate agent, I highly recommend Tony. I would also like to give a big thank you to the leasing team at Gartland — Angie, Emily, Tenisha and the rest of the team — for finding us a reliable tenant even before settlement. The whole team was very well organised, with excellent communication throughout the process. They were prompt, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you again to Tony and the entire leasing team at Gartland Geelong for all your hard work, support and exceptional service. We truly appreciate everything you have done for us and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Gartland have been nothing but exceptional since we changed last year from using a different agent. Their quality and standard of service is outstanding. Communication is amazing and I feel very confident to leave our property portfolio in their capable hands. Thanks Gartland!

I’d like to sincerely thank Jasmine Jerez from McGrath Estate Agents Newtown for her outstanding support with our application. She handled everything quickly, professionally, and with great communication throughout the process. Truly appreciate how smoothly she managed everything for us. Highly recommended.
