Overview of Nambour, QLD, 4560

Nick sets the tone for the whole team at Your Haven Realty: friendly, approachable and genuinely lovely to deal with. They know their stuff, and I particularly appreciate the balanced way they look after both tenants and property owners. It’s a pleasure dealing with people who make property management feel so easy!

Haven Property management team did a great job of securing new tenants. The process, communication and service was excellent. The experience was stress free and I would highly recommend them.

We have been using Sherrill, Aimee, and the team at Century 21 for several years. We now have over twenty properties listed with them. We are very happy with how they have managed our growing portfolio. They provide excellent service. Inspection reports are done regularly and include photos and details of each room. Maintenance issues are reported and addressed quickly. Smoke alarms and necessary compliance issues are always handled properly. They are always polite and easy to talk to. Emails are answered promptly. Leases are up to date, with renewals and price increases given when necessary. They check references, filter and recommend appropriate tenants and handle and fill vacancies quickly. They are simply the best property management agents on the Sunshine Coast

We had an excellent experience with Sherrill Buhmann throughout the entire rental process. She was very attentive from the beginning, taking the time to explain every detail and always making herself available to answer our questions and offer support whenever needed. Thanks to her professionalism and dedication, everything went smoothly and transparently. The house is exactly what we were looking for, and we are very happy to count on the support of Sherrill and the Century 21 team.
