Sold quicker than expected

As first-home buyers, we were excited about the process, but a few things didn’t go as expected. We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.

Terry was extremely helpful and responded to any and all questions and communications sometimes within minutes. They were forthcoming with any questions I had before making an offer on my property and made very helpful suggestions along the way. He was very professional and I never had any problems reaching out to him or making requests even with tight timing.
