His communication was quite clear, he always kept me in the loop of what was going on with the property. He went above and beyond, even adding door stops and etc when typically it is contracted out. I'm very happy with the result.

We hadn't sold a house for 40 years so needed someone to guide us through the process. We found Ben to be professional and friendly and a good listener. He knew our area well and what was going on in sales of similar properties, as well as wider market activity. Phone calls and emails were answered quickly. We benefitted from clear explanations of the steps to be followed, with a calendar of dates to guide us, but flexible enough to be changed as necessary. Costs were clearly outlined. All in all, we found the experience better than we had feared and were delighted with the result.
