A big thank you to Phoebe for helping us to sell our home. Phoebe is 100% professional, very hardworking, knowledgeable and responsive. She is an excellent communicator and her calm demeanour is a great asset at a stressful time. She is supported by excellent admin and marketing teams. Thanks again, Phoebe.

Justin was fantastic from the get go, I live interstate and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. He went above and beyond fixing things I wasn’t aware of and didn’t trouble me with them, resulting in a stress free process for me. Justin and Sarah Parr’s advertising campaign was to a really high standard and the property presented beautifully. He delivered the results he said he would which exceeded my expectations and managed it within a three day period and two open homes. He is friendly, professional and I highly recommend Justin Parr.

Mark was very professional guiding me through the sale of our family home. He gave advice but also listened to my needs and worked to achieve these. His marketing directly to buyers , and through the media was excellent.

Katrina was the representative we felt understood the market for our home. She proved herself in spades. Thanks Katrina.

Lochie presented an initial offer below what I was expecting. I told him not to come back unless the buyer could meet my minimum price. A few hours later he called to say the buyer had agreed to my price, and I accepted. He negotiated strongly on my behalf and got the result I wanted. Highly recommended.

I think Deb’s considered marketing campaign (including staging and starting advertised price) was pivotal in our great result. Go Deb!
