After going to several of Shane’s open homes in the past few years in our house searches I noticed his always drew much bigger crowds than any others I had seen. Despite this he always gave us the time and genuine advice as buyers. Because of this I wanted Shane to sell our house when the time came and we’re very glad we did. Shane gives you as a seller the choice in lots of the process while suggesting and offering advice and marketing/presentation side of things was very polished. We had a huge turn out to the first open home and got more than a handful of offers and sold our house for a great price. Shane was great during all this phase in touching base frequently to let us know how the offers were going and then keeping us and the buyers both in the loop with every step after this. All in all I am confident we got the best outcome by working with Shane and he will be the first agent I call anytime I need real estate help in the future.

Shane was lovely to deal with and generally pleasant throughout the process. Communication happened when it needed to, though it often felt fairly transactional rather than supportive, especially given this was our first home purchase. For first home buyers, those moments matter. It’s a milestone, not just another transaction and a bit more thought or follow-up would have gone a long way. At the end of the day, it felt like another sale ticked off. Overall, Shane is a nice enough guy and is knowledgeable about the area.
