We were lucky. We consulted Wellington and Reeves as they appeared to be selling many homes in our area with positive reviews. We were then referred to one of their Sales Representatives, Paul Armstrong. At all times we have found Paul to be very enthusiastic, Proactive, Positive, Patient, informative and most importantly not pushy. Paul has a, can do, nothing is too much of a bother attitude and when coupled with extensive knowledge of our area and how to best present the property, he was a blessing in disguise and our expectations were surpassed.
Paul made it very clear about each step of the process so we were never unsure of what was happening as well as setting us up with the settlement agent and helping with the post finance finalisations.
Paul is patient, friendly, answered all our random questions and listened to what we wanted. He gave us solid advice, had the perfect marketing strategy and the house sold quickly. Communication with Paul was always timely and appropriate. We never felt like we needed to follow-up about anything. Extremely grateful for all Paul’s support and advice over the last couple of months. The whole process from our initial enquiry through to sale was easy, fast, and totally seamless!
