Following the acceptance of a negotiated sale price, Sean assisted both the purchasers with their pest and building inspections etc and further personal inspections plus assisted me with some information new to me re today's procedures for the settlement to occur. Sean and the Team previously managed this former rental property for some years and in our opinion, they did a good job. Having worked with Sean and the Team over many years, we would use Sean's professional service again.
