Adam tried his best to alter my view, but I did not accept his advice. I rejected several offers which I came to realise had been very good ones which I should have accepted. When Adam achieved an offer at the top of his range advised me to accept and warned me I might lose the sale. I instructed Adam contrary to his advice and lost the sale as he had predicted. Adam was not critical or disheartened. If anything he became more determined, redoubling his efforts . Adam continued to advise me tirelessly and in good humour, to market the property very strongly and to negotiate superbly on my behalf, obtaining many subsequent offers from several potential buyers. After extensive further efforts, Adam obtained an offer identical to the earlier offer I had rejected at the top of the price range. I came to realise that Adam’s advice was correct and that he had in fact obtained the top price - twice! Had I accepted Adam’s sound advice, I would have sold my apartment sooner for the same high price . I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
