Despite the soft market he managed to under promise and over deliver, and that in a very efficient time frame, Realistically I cannot see how the outcome of our sale could have been better.

From start to finish there was great communication about what to expect and how the process would go. Steve has a solid understanding of the market in Canberra was honest about what price range we could expect for our unit and we landed within that range.
