An insightful, thoughtful and meticulous agent

Johann is a polite, honest and caring Agent who put in an excellent effort selling our house in Joondalup. From the appraisal process until settlement he was there to support and answer any questions we may have. Johann demonstrated a very good knowledge of the current market and suggested a couple of strategies to market our property without being pushy or abrupt. We had 3 Home Inspections and Johann discussed and provided us with all relevant information after each inspection. He was accommodating to inputs from us during each discussion. Johan was punctual at each Home Open and with the help of his assistant prepared our home meticulously and showcased our home beautifully! The offer process was tricky but Johann guided us cautiously and patiently and finally helped us accept a great offer👍 Johann continues to make himself available to assist us in finding our next home!
