We’ve sold many houses through Matt Tennent over the years, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, he sold our house after the very first open home. Matt is professional, knowledgeable, and always keeps the process smooth and stress-free. His communication is great, and he genuinely works hard to get the best result possible. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with selling our properties and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable real estate agent.

As my parents are elderly he helped with the process with technology & communicated with myself constantly so I knew what was happening as well. (I live 4hrs north of my parents). He listened to what they wanted and understood their needs. He could answer any questions put to him and i feel he takes every extra step to get things right. He was honest and up front with everything and didn't try to inflate things to get a listing like other agents often do.

We had originally agreed with another real estate agent to look after our sale but we then met Matt at an open house display. We were looking for someone who was local and able to make decisions on the spot. Most other agents generally need to refer to others for some of the decision making. Matt and his wife Jenni were easily approachable and their knowledge of the area is second to none. His negotiation skills are exceptional as there were several occasions when he offered-without our request- to negotiate and resolve the problems. This was the first property we bought many years ago and the first property that we sold. Karen explained how the sale process would work including what she was going to pay for and what we were going to pay for. We interviewed a total of seven local agents and we knew right from the beginning that Karen was the one that would look after our interests the best. Denise was our Real Estate Agent who arranged the selling of our property. As this was our first home, it was a very hard and difficult decision. The professionalism of Denise was first rate.
