I was impressed with Luke’s homework 📚 on the street we were selling in,initially the market was ok’ish however with the Federal Labour shifting the goal posts on investors we were then relying on the local market to obtain a good but fair market price,With 1 open home under our belt with only 4 couples coming through,2 of them indicating a price way lower than all our predictions.
