What a great experience! One of the most stressful times of a person’s life was made so much smoother for us thanks to Jade. From an initial consultation nearly a year ago, to the recent handover of keys after we moved on to our new place, the service and support provided by Jade and the team at Red Fox Property was exceptional. The golden nuggets she provided during the initial consultation helped guide us through the renovations of our West Perth property, ensuring we were focussing on areas that would provide most return value. Once we were ready to sell that’s when Jade shone. She broke the process down and made it simple to follow, keeping us informed and updated throughout the build up. With us being a young family she was also very conscious of this with her advice. The home opens and the offer process was very exciting but daunting at the same time. Richard recently sold our West Perth apartment. We began the process by googling the 3 best agents in the area. We then spoke with all 3 agents and Richard stood out. His knowledge of the area and his intentions on how to sell the apartment made our choice easy. We also had interactions with his team who were very approachable and efficient and overall a great team. We sold within the first week and very happy with the whole experience and outcome.
I was hesitant about selling my property and had spoken with at least six other agents over a period of 12 months before I met James. James is customer-focused, honest and genuine and these qualities set him apart from the other agents that I had spoken with. He wasn't pushy and was very patient and understanding when I retracted my initial decision to sell. His market knowledge and experience led to the property selling within days. The entire process was flawless and he sold the property for a far greater amount than expected. I feel like I made a special discovery finding James and highly recommend him as the best agent in Perth to sell your property. I must also commend the great team that work with James. I engaged Richard to tell a relative's apartment as their Administrator to fund their aged care costs. Richard was recommended the building manager and owner occupier Peter. I could also see that Richard's name was on multiple properties in the same building and West Perth in general. He visited the property promptly, have cost-effective advice (other companies insisted on staging for $5-10,000) whereas Richard recommended removing all furniture ($600) and managed to get a record price for a studio apartment in the building. Also, Richard refunded the unused portion of the advertising fees. Everything was included or he arranged/recommended a specific tradesman all for reasonable fees. Richard and his EA Max kept me informed throughout. Would definitely use again. Caroline
