I used Mark to both buy and sell an apartment at the same time and whilst I won't say the process was stressless, Mark was there at all points to hold my hand and reassure me. He encouraged me to hold my nerve and wait for a better offer in a housing market in flux and I achieved far more than I expected for my apartment.
