We've been with PRD for a couple of years now, and we would choose them again every time. They are very efficient, responsive, and friendly - a rare combination for a real estate agency. A special thanks to Daniel Moddel, our point agent, as it were, for his very valuable service at all times!

We engaged the PRD Property Management team of Daniel Moddell and Guy Bezzina recently to manage our investment property tenants. All communication between primarily Daniel and myself was seamless and efficient with clear timelines and my expectations were managed smoothly allowing me peace of mind. When the property settles, they had a next day inspection and tenant lined up the same day - incredible, and they moved in within days. Exceptional service from an experienced team - definitely recommend.
