She sent photos and kept me well informed. A great tenant was soon found and moved in last week.

Their on-boarding team was most helpful in arranging many of the things required to get a newly acquired investment property onto the rental market and successfully leased. They were responsive to our expectations about rental returns and as a result we were able to lease our property at our target price. The GM for Admin & Prop Man. has been exemplary in dealing with a sensitive situation with my tenant. Very professional. Other staff are learning how to complete more thorough exit and entry condition reports, which is great as this is key to maintain accuracy. The agency’s monthly reporting is excellent, much better other agencies. Space Property leased our property swiftly with the changes I requested and their fees are very fair and better than other agencies. Very happy with our move to Space Property.
