Emma Atkinson does an amazing job managing our property for us and makes everything very easy whether it relates to general repairs or finding new tenants and negociating new lease . Fast and efficient
Our tenants did not stay on through Covid 19 and SPACE Property had our property leased within 10 days and with a slight increase in rent. Great job SPACE!!!!

Quick Turnaround

Space Paddington is a great agency
Space Property have been looking after my investment properties for some time now and are approachable, caring and supportive. Fantastic Service
I was advised by Angee that the 1st inspection had four groups of people through my property and 5 days later Angee emailed me to say that we had a new tenant signed ready to take over the lease.

Amazing Team!
We had 9 legitimate groups attend our first open house at our recent re-lease of the house in Grange. We had great tenants signed within a week of being on the market! We also did some renovations before they moved in and the team couldn’t have been more helpful in suggesting reliable trades & assisting us with coordination. The team at Space go above and beyond...couldn’t recommend them more highly.
