Results Focused
Space has been results focused to find quality tenants and then also works hard to make sure the tenants are well taken care of. If any faults come about they manage the process to an outcome. We have been very happy with Space Paddington, especially Lynette who runs the letting business.

Wonderful service
We were moving from interstate and getting the run around from other agencies. It seemed all too hard to inspect places online. But Emma was wonderful. She understood the challenges and was so helpful. She filmed a video of a walk-thru and emailed it to us. She followed up and was determined to help us get the right house. When we moved in, the property was perfect for us, just as she’d said. So glad we found Emma - she took so much of the stress out of finding a house. A lifesaver.

Fast and efficient
Our tenants did not stay on through Covid 19 and SPACE Property had our property leased within 10 days and with a slight increase in rent. Great job SPACE!!!!

Quick Turnaround
