I was very pleased with the service provided by the Rental team, especially a big thank you to Lynette and Ange. Their expertise in finding the right tenants for my property resulted in a very quick lease. It is always pleasant to interact with the team .

Efficient and good experience.
I have had a good experience with Angee. She has kept me informed and when the tenants had given notice she was quick to get the advertisement up and running. She was keen to get the tenant replaced so that I wasn't too out of pocket. She is also very friendly and keen to be of assistance.

Good Agency
Good outcome regarding the time to get a Tenant. Efficient work. Keeping the Unit tidy and clean when vacant however very expensive regarding the fees charged to maintain it. It should be looking for companies that can do it with cheaper rates. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing service in both buying and leasing
I cannot speak more highly of the SPACE property team and recommend this real estate company to everyone I know. I initially bought my property through SPACE a few years ago, and my agent Nicole was incredible. Nicole has a high level of skills and knowledge in real estate and made the process of purchasing a property for the first time stress-free and efficient. She is extremely personable and willing to go above and beyond in her role. More recently I have decided to lease out my property, and so made the decision to reach out to SPACE once again for assistance with this. From the initial point of contact to the signing of the lease with wonderful tenants, the SPACE property manager Lynette continued to provide the incredible support and assistance that I experienced when purchasing my property with Nicole. Whenever I required clarification or had any questions, Lynette provided an unbelievably prompt response and displayed a high-level of professionalism, knowledge and support. From the moment I decided to list my property, to the signing of the lease (which all happened within 2 business days) I have experienced nothing by professionalism and the highest level of assistance and guidance from Lynette and her team. Jasmine was so welcoming to everyone who attended the open home and made the transition between advertising my property and receiving applications from suitable tenants as easy as possible. I could continue with the immeasurable positive experiences I have had with the team at SPACE property, but ultimately they are a team that will go above and beyond for you and exceed your customer service expectations. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Excellent Service
I have had Space Property manage my property for more than a decade. During that time, I have had many tenants and the property suffered severe damage at one point in time from flooding. Space Property have always assisted with any Insurance claims. Every time that there is a need for a new tenant, they have always found a suitable tenant in a timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Space Property as a managing agent.
