Nicole has a high level of skills and knowledge in real estate and made the process of purchasing a property for the first time stress-free and efficient. She is extremely personable and willing to go above and beyond in her role. More recently I have decided to lease out my property, and so made the decision to reach out to SPACE once again for assistance with this. From the initial point of contact to the signing of the lease with wonderful tenants, the SPACE property manager Lynette continued to provide the incredible support and assistance that I experienced when purchasing my property with Nicole. Whenever I required clarification or had any questions, Lynette provided an unbelievably prompt response and displayed a high-level of professionalism, knowledge and support. From the moment I decided to list my property, to the signing of the lease (which all happened within 2 business days) I have experienced nothing by professionalism and the highest level of assistance and guidance from Lynette and her team. Jasmine was so welcoming to everyone who attended the open home and made the transition between advertising my property and receiving applications from suitable tenants as easy as possible. I could continue with the immeasurable positive experiences I have had with the team at SPACE property, but ultimately they are a team that will go above and beyond for you and exceed your customer service expectations.
