Space Paddington is a great agency
Space Property have been looking after my investment properties for some time now and are approachable, caring and supportive. As always, they were able to promptly secure a new Tenant for us, without any vacancy period. Being an interstate Landlord can be tricky but my mind is at ease, with Space Property.

Fantastic Service
I was advised by Angee that the 1st inspection had four groups of people through my property and 5 days later Angee emailed me to say that we had a new tenant signed ready to take over the lease.

Amazing Team!
We had 9 legitimate groups attend our first open house at our recent re-lease of the house in Grange. We had great tenants signed within a week of being on the market! We also did some renovations before they moved in and the team couldn’t have been more helpful in suggesting reliable trades & assisting us with coordination. The team at Space go above and beyond...couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Jessica Pringle is very helpful and does a great job at managing my property. she successfully secured secured a new tenant a few months ago and has helped in a big way, deal with some issues this year!
