Having bought and sold with John Bradly, we cannot speak highly enough of the service provided with both transactions. After buying our family home from John, we knew if the time ever came to sell, he would be our agent. When we eventually made the decision to sell, John updated us on what was happening in our area market wise, what we could do to maximise our sale price and even answered all our questions on the new house we were buying (he was much more helpful than the selling agents of that home despite John having absolutely nothing to gain from this). John touched base with us every day to keep us updated and worked (what seemed to be 24 hours a day!) to secure us a solid contract with a great price quickly.
