Tristan and his team were professional and a pleasure to deal with. He helped us with concise and clear information long before we signed him as our agent. His backup services and marketing made everything go smoothly - the house was sold for an acceptable price in 6 days. Regards Rob and Sue

We would recommend John to sell any property. This is the second time we have used him to sell. His professionalism & enthusiasm for his job is second to none. He's a great negotiator & got us a price that was above and beyond our expectations. Thanks John

Sorry it has taken a while to get back to you, we have just been enjoying the house. Thank you John for a smooth service, and your help in bringing the settlement forward to the 18th, you made things just fall into place. even though it was so near Christmas it was still stress free , and all we had to do was move in and enjoy the place. A big thank you to Tristan, Samantha and the team at Place Aspley. After losing my job and being forced to put our house up for sale before the bank could foreclose, my wife Brenda and I decided on Coronis Aspley. While initially, it all sounded great, we were soon left disappointed and frustrated with their lack of effort in trying to sell our house. That was when we noticed a Place Realty sign in our suburb and decided to contact Tristan. Immediately it became apparent that he was a different kind of agent. He genuinely cared about our situation and when our sole agent contract with Coronis expired, he got straight onto the front foot. He bent over backwards to help us with advertising and was in constant communication. His enthusiasm and tenacity was immediately rewarded with 16 groups through the property at the first open home literally 24 hours after the ad went live on realestate.com.au. Two days later and we had an acceptable offer. We cannot thank Tristan and Samantha enough for not only selling for our house for us, but for coming into our lives when we desperately needed some help and someone to care. Regards David and Brenda

Two years ago I purchased a house from John, and had a seamless experience. Today I just settled sale of the same house, with John as the agent. He achieved a great sale price, and the customer service was excellent. I was out of the country for settlement, and John went out of his way to handle everything in my absence. I would recommend him to others, and would engage him again in the future.

We interviewed 9 agents before we chose Tristan. The whole process was painless, trouble free and a great experience. We sold in 5 days, achieved a better result than we expected, and the transaction ran so smoothly we were amazed. I would recommend Team Rowland to my own family. Absolute 100% recommend Tristan, Samantha and Sarah. Thank you.

We cannot fault our experience working with Tristan and his team. As a seller, everything was made easy and seamless and we felt we could rely on our agent. Each step was communicated clearly and we had offers on the property within 24 hours of listing. We highly recommend Tristan and his team. Luke and Kellie

After a failed Auction and then several weeks on the market with another agency, we were getting very frustrated. Although we were presented offers through them - they were all well below the market and our expectations. We felt that the said agency was not working on our behalf but more so for the "buyers", consistently telling us that this was all the market was prepared to pay (these offers ranged from $50-100K below what we were told we could expect!). Just as we were loosing hope, we received a flyer in our mailbox from Tristan. This could not have come at a more opportune time! On meeting Tristan, we both agreed that Tristan had the right sales approach to sell our unit. He was approachable, positive, compassionate about what we had just been through and most of all, realistic about setting up expectations. He came in with a great plan in place and so much enthusiasm that it changed our whole experience of selling. We had several offers at our first open home and was on the phone till 11pm that night negotiating for us. We "SOLD" close to our expected price that night. Tristan, your dedication is second to none and you put integrity back into Real Estate. Tristan and his team were complete professionals through the whole process. They did a fantastic job and really turned around what was becoming a bad experience for us. Next time, we will come straight to you. Thank you once again for the superb effort you put in!
