Once again Jasmine has excelled herself in Managing my Rental properties. Her organisational skills, communication with myself, the tenants and the tradesman, her ability to connect with people and her enthusiastic, happy nature make her a delight to deal with. She is awesome.

Buxton made the task of moving to Ballarat an easy one for me. They understood the challenges of trying to inspect properties while living in a different city. They assisted with arranging inspection times and the application process was very simple. The staff were very friendly and professional. My application was processed extremely quickly and they phoned me within days to let me know I was successful. I have been renting all my life and have to say this was the easiest house search / application process I have had

After having an extremely difficult time trying to find somewhere comfortable and safe to rent and reside, Buxton Real estate and their staff came to my rescue. With much respect, excellent communication, kindness and understanding they assisted and approved a property for me within no time. I feel extremely grateful that the stress and anxiety has been lifted and I am now looking forward to moving very soon into a new property. I’m even more grateful for their assistance as the property that I reside in is up for sale and we have worked really well together to accommodate each other for a rental for myself and the sale for the property that I am in. I would highly suggest Buxton Real estate for rentals and sales as I am nothing but completely satisfied. A huge thank you to all the team at Buxton Real Estate

After signing the house contract, no one responded to my questions. After moving in, there were many issues, and when I contacted them via email and text, no one replied. They often didn’t answer calls. The gas stove has a problem, and they just gave me a number to contact on my own. I will never choose Buxton again.

Jessica has been great in managing our rental property and been very proactive and efficient in advertising and leasing the property out when our long standing tenants moved out. We only had a week downtime in between tenants which was great.
