Our experience with our agent at Buxton has been excellent. We must be able to trust our agent as our representative when we live interstate. It is a large investment that we entrust to be looked after. The rental market is very difficult in our category and price range in Ballarat due to what appears oversupply so it is difficult to attract and retain good tenants. Buxton works to look after the maintenance and needs of our tenants.
